DARTS training videos

As you are aware, at the end of 2020 we launched DARTS to replace DTE Web. If you still have questions regarding certain aspects of the system, there are training videos which are currently on our website. To ensure the transition to the DARTS platform was as simple as possible the team created several short videos which take a few minutes to watch. These videos provide guidance on how to log in, navigate around the portal as well and perform key business functions.
