Neil Greig is one of the on-line presenters taking part in a month long Powered Two Wheelers (PTW) safety Event. The event will discuss the best ways to improve safety and reduce collisions among PTW users and Neil will be talking about our evaluation study on advanced riders. In the 2019 there were 6,198 killed and seriously injured PTW casualties and a total of 16,224 casualties. This equates to a casualty rate of 5,051 per billion miles – compared to 195 per billion miles among car occupants! The event is being run by Road Safety GB on behalf of the Department of Transport.
