SAM Observer Library

Welcome to the SAM Observers Library

 This library is FREE for all SAM Observers. Both the SAM Chief Observer and the Observer team will determine any additional content they may find useful when coaching Associates. Nothing this library replaces the IAM RoadSmart publications. The resources simply recognise that the motorcycling community has a diverse range of riders. The educational background, ability to learn, or learning needs may not be a complete fit with material provided. Observers have to vary their approach to suit the Associate they are coaching. Observers may also appreciate some guidance on the application of different aspects of coaching to help accommodate the variety of learning needs they encounter. If in doubt about what coaching approach to use, discuss the issues with your Chief National Observer.
