NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY ORDER OF THE S.A.M. GROUP COMMITTEE
THAT THE VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE SHEFFIELD AND DISTRICT ADVANCED MOTORCYCLISTS WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY 10th AUGUST 2020 AT 8pm
(VIA ZOOM SOFTWARE) IN ORDER TO PRESENT THEIR ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING MARCH 2020 – FOR THE APPROVAL OF MEMBERS AND TO CONDUCT ANY NECESSARY ELECTIONS OF OFFICERS.

Members and Associates are invited to attend this meeting but only full Members in good standing may vote on any resolutions.

All Officers retire annually and may offer themselves for re-election (Group Rule 3.3)
