The Vernon Bentley Shield is presented to the SAM Observer with the most test passes in the previous year. This year SAM Chairman, Steve Brown, has received the accolade. All our volunteer Team Leaders and Observers work really hard all year helping bikers in our community become advanced riders. The SAM Club recognises your efforts. We would like to thank all our Team Leaders and Observers for their hard work and diligence in helping to make our roads safer both for bikers and other road users.
