Traffic disruption

Many thanks to Avril McCarthy for sharing the following information from South Yorkshire Police. So as not to add to traffic problems, we are advising that all SAM members, Observers and Associates should avoid the area when riding out tomorrow:

Possible traffic disruption near NGH Saturday 15^th August

‘Traffic disruption is possible around the Northern General Hospital on Saturday 15^th August due to a large funeral procession from Darnall to Shiregreen Cemetery.
 
The disruption is likely to be from around 10.30am to 1pm. Please allow extra time for your journey to work. It is advised to use the Herries Road entrance and avoid the Barnsley Road entrance.’
